My Review:
Tropical Tradition's Virgin Coconut Oil How it has Changed People's Lives, and How it can Change Yours by Brian and Marianita Shilhavy is filled with a lot of infomration about Virgin Coconut Oil. I found a lot of useful ideas on how Virgin Coconut Oil can help me. Did you know that Virgin Coconut Oil can be good for animals as well! Some people have reported that it helped some of their digestive problems but understand that just because it helped them does not mean it will for sure help yours. But it is still nice to know their are things you can try to see if it helps. I noticed when I used my sample of Virgin Coconut Oil my GERD it did not act up as much. For me this was a plus but it is still not a promise it will help yours. Remember that! I also enjoyed the recipes you can use the Virgin Coconut Oil with. Some of them really sounds delicious like Creamed New Potatoes. Think about 85 recipes yummy recipes you will have access to in this book.

This book is priced at $14.99 here. It was $25.00 so this is a savings.

Overall I loved Tropical Tradition's Virgin Coconut Oil How it has Changed People's Lives, and How it can Change Yours by Brian and Marianita Shilhavy. It had a lot of helpful information. It also had a lot of yummy recipes. I would recommend this book to my friends and family. I love Virgin Coconut Oil.
