  8. I'm on the Slimfast diet: I add 1/3 cup of pasturized eggbeaters and a heaping tablespoon of oat/rice or wheat flour- very filling. I've lost 7 pounds since I started 2 weeks ago.

  14. I tell them veggies and fruits make U healthy & give U energy, & make U strong, and encourage them 2 eat them. I keep apples and bananas in a bowl on the table 4 them 2 grab, & raw veggies & yogurts in the fridge

  17. I love FiberOne Yogurt! I'm trying to keep myself and my bf healthy by cooking more home-cooked meals and trying to keep junk out of the house. If we do have chips or something to snack on, they are up in the cupboards I can't reach, so we only have it once in a long while. :)

  38. I try to prepare healthy meals that look good. For example, I make homemade vegetable soup, I add grated carrots and oatmeal to my meatloaf mixture, I cut raw vegetable into attractive shapes-flowers, hearts, etc.
