Cheesy Meatballs and Vegetables

1 1/2 cups uncooked regular long-grain white rice
3 cups water
1 package (16 oz) frozen cooked meatballs
2/3 cup half-and-half
2 bags (12 oz) Green GiantR Valley Fresh SteamersT frozen broccoli & cheese

Make It:
Total Time: 15 min 1. Cook rice in water as directed on package.
2. Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, place frozen meatballs. Cover; cook over
medium-high heat 4 minutes, stirring once. Stir in half-and-half, scraping
skillet to remove any browned bits of meat.
3. Add frozen vegetables and sauce, placing vegetable sides down. Cover;
cook 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables and meatballs
are hot. Serve over rice.
