Blueberry Pancakes (Cooking For 2)


Cup Bisquick Heart SmartR mix
2/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk
2 tablespoons fat-free egg product
3/4 cup fresh or Cascadian FarmR frozen organic blueberries (thawed and
drained)

Make It:
1. In small bowl, stir all ingredients except blueberries until blended.
Gently stir in blueberries.
2. Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.
3. Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn; cook other sides until golden.
